Another son was Austin Crisman/Crismon Wolverton, b. April 4, 1874 in Randolph Co. MO. He married Francis Mariah Darr in Nov 1902 and they had at least five children. One of those was Joseph Barnett Wolverton, b. April 1905


Joseph Wolverton, an honored citizen of Chariton twp, who has been in poor health for a year or two from the effects of liver troubles, died early Wednesday morning of this week at this home, 2 1/2 miles south of Colege Mound, aged about 60 years. He leaves a wife and a large family of children.
