"HARLAN - Henry D. Harlan, 90, a former teacher and insurance salesman, died yesterday at the Kansas City Convalescent home, 3200 Norledge. He formerly had been a resident at 1232 Oakley. He was a member of the methodist church. Surviving are a son, Chester W. Harlan, 3928 Scarritt; two daughters, Mrs. E. A. Boyce, Burbank, Calif., and Mrs. Harlan Ehret, 3417 Wabash; a sister, Mrs. Frances Brown, Denver, and a brother, W. B. Harlan, Fort Collins, Colo."

MRS. HENRY HARLAN, ONCE OF MT. CARMEL, DIES IN KANSAS CITY
Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Henry Harlan of 1232 Oakley street in Kansas City. Mrs. Harlan formerly lived in the Mt. Carmel community. She is survived by her husband and three children; two sisters, Mrs. Willard Webster of Thomas Hill and Mrs. Alfred Graved of Ulman; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Harlan was a sister-in-law of Mrs. Fred Stodgell and T. J. Harlan of Moberly.
Funeral services will be at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon in Kansas City

"HARLAN - Mrs. H. D. Harlan, 79, of 1232 Oakley, died yesterday at the Northeast restorium, 3240 Norledge. She had been ill a month. Mrs. Harlan, the former Miss Ruth Cordelia Wolverton, was born in Randolph County, Missouri, and moved to Kansas City about thirty years ago. She was a member of the Welsey Methodist church. She ahd her husband, a retired insurance agent, observed their sixtieth wedding anniversary March 17. Also surviving are a son, Chester W. Harlan, 3928 Scarritt, and two daughters Mrs. Juanita Ehret of the home, and Mrs. Susan Boyce, Burbank, Calif."
