Francis Leo Kennedy, 55. of 1309 Campbell, a veteran Burlington grocer, died Wednesday (October 18, 1967) at 5:15 p.m. at his home, apparently of a heart attack.

He was born February 23, 1912, in Burlington, the son of Lowell and Clara L. Breuer Kennedy. He married Mildred Wolverton in Burlington, August 17, 1937. He was a member of the First United Church of Christ.

Surviving: The wife; a son, Phillip, at home; a sister, Mrs. Mildred Larson of Cedar Rapids; two aunts, Mrs. Selma Norberg and Mrs. Frances Stoermer of Burlington; several cousins.

Services: Saturday, 2 p.m., First United Church of Christ, Reverend David Michael; Aspen Grove cemetery. A memorial fund has been established at the church. The body is at Prugh's chapel.

Mrs. Mildred M. Kennedy, 58 of 1309 Campbell Avenue, died Sunday 11:45 a.m. (April 28, 1968) in Burlington hospital.

She was born September 21, 1909, in Burlington, the daughter of Phillip and Mary Elizabeth Judd Wolverton. August 17, 1937, she married Francis Leo Kennedy in Burlington. Mrs. Kennedy was a member of First United Church of Christ, the women's fellowship and a mission circle of the church.

Surviving: A son, Phillip Kennedy, at home: three sisters, Grace Wolverton, Burlington, Mrs. Mary Jane Helmuth, Broomfield, Colorado, and Mrs. Clara Leaverton. East Moline, Illinois; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Services: Tuesday 2 p.m. in First United Church of Christ, the Reverend Donald V. Klohr; Aspen Grove cemetery. A memorial fund has been established at the church.
