Philip Wolverton, 70, a resident of Burlington for the past 24 years, died Sunday noon (November 14, 1926) at his home, 1715 Lincoln street. He had been ill about a year. He was born, October 18, 1856, and married Miss Elizabeth Judd in 1884.
Surviving are his widow, six daughters Mrs. Tom Brown, Mrs. Frank Niemann, Sadie Wolverton, Pearl Wolverton, Grace Wolverton and Mildred Wolverton, and two sons, Charles and James Wolverton, all of Burlington.
Funeral services will be held from the home at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Burial will be in Prairie Grove cemetery.
