Biography

Thomas Hull was born 11 Jul 1835 to Charles Hull and Rebecca Slack in Richland County, Ohio.[1][2]

In 1850, Thomas (age 15) and his siblings resided with their parents Charles and Rebecca Hull in Congress Township, Morrow County, Ohio.[3]

Thomas Hull and Esther Barger were married on 8 Apr 1858 in Morrow County, Ohio, recorded in Morrow County Marriage Book 1, page 323. The marriage license was dated 7 Apr 1858.[4]

Son Clinton/Cleon was born in 1859. Thomas (age 24, enumerated as James) and Esther (age 20) Hull resided with one year old Cleon in Congress Township, Morrow County, Ohio in 1860.[5]

According to her tombstone, Esther R. Bargar, wife of Thomas Hull, died 3 Mar 1862 at age 22 years, 6 months and 24 days.[6]

Thomas Hull and Miss Sarah A. Stephens were married on 6 oct 1864 in Morrow County, Ohio, recorded in Morrow County Marriage Book 2, page 94. The marriage license said Sarah Jane Stephens but the return from the minister said Sarah A. Stephens.[7]

Thomas Hull and Electa H. Gates were married 27 Mar 1884 in DeKalb County, Missouri.[11]
