Mrs. Edith Hendrickson, 77, wife of Jesse W. Hendrickson, formerly of Danville, died in the Clearfield Hospital today at 5:10 a.m. following and extended illness.

Born at Danville March 11, 1887, she was a daughter of William and Annie (Richards) Rogers, both from Wales.

She spent most of her life in Montour County, living at Mooresburg, Valley Township, and Danville until two years ago when she and her husband came to Clearfield to live with their daughter and son-in-law, the Rev. and Mrs. Ralph S. Krouse. Mr. and Mrs. Hendrickson were married 54 years.

Mrs. Hendrickson was a member of St. Paul's Methodist Church at Danville and the Woman's Christian Temperance Union.

Besides her husband and her daughter, Mrs. Margaret Krouse of Clearfield, she is survived by a granddaughter and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services, still being arranged, will be held from the Thad Vincent Funeral Home at Danville with the Rev. Sherwood Thomas, pastor of St. Paul's Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Elan Memorial Chapel Cemetery, near Lime Ridge.

This bio copied from a memorial that appears to be a duplicate at Elan Memorial at Lime Ridge, Pennsylvania. There is a preponderance of circumstantial evidence that Edith is indeed buried with her husband and other family at Hendrickson Cemetery. However, more direct evidence might be desired.
