WARREN — Lloyd E. Mayfield Sr., 68, of Warren died Monday, April 14, 2008, at Hospice House in Poland.

He was born June 11, 1939, in Bristolville, the son of the late Lloyd and the late Evelyn Mayfield.

Lloyd married Patricia A. Frazier on July 25, 1967.

He was a graduate of Bristolville High School, and employed as a tinsmith at Packard Electric for 39 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Lloyd was a member of the Believers' Christian Fellowship and a member of the Masonic Lodge.

Lloyd is survived by his wife, Patricia A. Mayfield of Warren; two sons, Patrick and Pamela Mayfield of Newton Falls, and Lloyd Mayfield Jr. and his fiancee, Lori Pittman, of Champion; a daughter, Melanie Mayfield of Champion; two sisters, Lois Drake of Buffalo, N.Y., and Dixie Swanson of Windham; four grandchildren, Michelle (Jolanda) Dowell, Forrest and Racquel Mayfield, and Tyler Quinn; and three great-grandchildren, Jaliel, Maliea and Amaya Dowell.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Michael; and a daughter, Tamie Hidasey.

Memorial services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Carter officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

The family requests that material contributions to Hospice of the Valley Hospice House, 9803 Sharrott Road, Poland 44514.

WARREN - Patricia A. Mayfield, 70, died at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2010, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.

She was born Aug. 11, 1940, in Cuyahoga Falls, the daughter of the late Daniel E. and Augusta E. Knifel Frazier Sr.

Patricia was a homemaker and was heavily involved in her church, Believers' Christian Fellowship, especially the Women of Believers'. She enjoyed reading, especially the Bible, word search and jigsaw puzzles and embroidering.

Survivors include her children, Patrick D. (Pamela) Mayfield of Newton Falls, Melanie L. Mayfield of Champion and Lloyd E. (Lori) Mayfield Jr. of Champion; four grandchildren, Michelle (Jolanda) Dowell, Forrest Mayfield, Tyler A. Quinn and Racquel Mayfield; three great-grandchildren, Jaliel, Maliea and Amaya; her siblings, Daniel (Carol) Frazier of Newton Falls, William (Marilyn) Frazier of Newton Falls and Nita Meszaros of Ravenna.

Other than her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd E. Mayfield Sr., on April 14, 2008, they were united in marriage in July 1967; her children, Tamie Hidasey and Mike Mayfield.

Memorial services will be held at noon Monday at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where family and friends may gather one hour prior to the service. Pastor Bill Carter will celebrate the service.

Private burial of her urn will take place in Champion Township Cemetery.
