She was born to John and Sabina Nelson Farnsworth, she married Frank Rosencranz March 20, 1915 at Belle Fourche SD. They ranched at Piniel MT for 50 years, in 1958 they moved to Spearfish. Frank died in 1966

Survivers include four daughters Clara Frier of Rapid City SD, Betty Brownfield of Riverton WY, Alvina Nesbit of Powderville MT,and Gladys Stabio of Miles City MT and nine sons Arthur of Belle Fourche SD, Ernest, Jerry and James of Hammond MT, Pete of Westminster CO, Morris and Frank of Broadus MT, and Bill and Francis of Spearfish SD, 32 grandchildren which includes 3 sets of twin grandsons, 27 great grandchildren, and one great great grand daughter.

She was predecesed by an infant son Virgil, four sisters and seven brothers.
