Cecil Keeler, 90, of Independence, Missouri, died on June 7, 2015. Visitation: 3:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. June 10, 2015 at New Salem Funeral Home, Independence; followed by a private graveside in New Salem Cemetery. Cecil was born on December 10, 1924 in Willow Springs, Missouri, the son of Robert and Bessie (McClellan) Keeler. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army. He was a member of Northern Blvd United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Yvonne; his parents; two brothers; and one sister. He is survived by one brother, one sister, and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements: Royer's New Salem Funeral Home, Independence Missouri.
