"Miss Laura Louise Cash, 89, Crawfordsville, passed away at 12:44 a.m. Monday at Williamsburg Healthcare.
She was born Feb. 21, 1923, in Montgomery County, to Ed and Betty (Stump) Cash.

Miss Cash retired from RR Donnelleys; was a 1941 graduate of New Market High School; and was a big sports fan, especially of the Indiana Pacers.

She is survived by her brother, Wallace Cash, New Market, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Lloyd, John Russell, Robert, Harold and Malcolm Cash; and sister Mabel Bowers.

A public graveside service will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 5, at 2:30 p.m. at the Oak Hill Grant Avenue Cemetery. There will not be a public visitation. Powers-Priebe Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
