She was the daughter of the late Charles Riley and Edith Lorraine (Avant) Calcote. Jeanne was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Melford W. Helms in 1999. Jeanne leaves behind her daughter, Linda Helms Whittredge and grandson, Ryan Carson Cummings to cherish her wonderful memories.
