Larry Wayne Briscoe, 72, of Moberly, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2012, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.
Larry was born April 18, 1939, in Moberly, Missouri to Joseph "Henry" and Birdeene Thompson Briscoe.
Larry lived most of his life in the Moberly area where he attended Moberly Public Schools except for approximately 25 years when he lived in the Kansas City area. Larry was self employed as a painter. He loved fishing and spending time with his family. He was a member of the Moberly Masonic Lodge and also the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Moberly.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents; a son Phil West; a brother, Billy (Penny) Briscoe; a baby brother, Burl Stuck Jr., and a sister Veronica Martin.
Services will be held Thursday, April 19, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. with Masonic Rites beginning at 1:00 p.m. at PATHWAY MEMORIAL Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment to follow at the Higbee City Cemetery. Memorial Contributions are appreciated to Missouri Cancer Associates. PATHWAY MEMORIAL Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

Barbara Lou Ellen Ronimous, 75, of Madison, Missouri passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017 at her home.
She was born March 21, 1941 in Randolph County, Missouri to James Stanley and Claudia Marie (Wolverton) Harlan.
Barbara was a member of the Middle Grove Christian Church. She played the piano and gave many piano lessons. She had been employed by A.B Chance as an assembler before her retirement. She was a member of the D.A.R, D.A.C, Phi Theta Kappa, Historical Society, VFW Auxiliary, and friends of the Library. After her retirement, she kept very busy enjoying her life. She liked mushroom hunting, cards on Wednesday with the Senior Center, cards on Thursday evenings at friends, and planning family reunions.
She was very involved with her grandchildren. Gardening and canning were some of the other things she enjoyed. She and a friend would “deer hunt “together, which consisted of just watching the deer. Over time, she had collected over $10,000 in coupons to send to Military Members. She liked to visit the Veterans Hospital in Mexico and volunteer her time. She will be missed by many.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; husband Alfred “Bill” Ronimous; son, Olan W. Briscoe; sister, Pauline Moore; brothers: Lloyd Harlan, James Marvin Harlan, Ralph Harlan, and William Marion Harlan.
Survivors include sons: James M. Briscoe of Moberly, Missouri and Thomas A. (Becky) Harrison of Huntsville, Missouri; daughter, Barbara Ann (Jacob) Pope of Portland, Oregon; grandchildren: Paul Harrison, Kyler Bennett, Rowan Pope, and Willow Pope
A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly. A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville. Inurnment will follow services.
Memorial Contributions may be made to: Cancer Research, Wounded Warrior Project, or Donor's Choice.
