Flemington - Mrs. Sara B. Pyatt, 77, whose great grandfather played a key role in Washington's Delaware River Crossing, died Monday at her home on Old Croton Road. She was a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County and was a great-granddaughter of General Daniel Bray, who collected the boats for Washington's crossing of the Delaware Christmas day in 1776. Surviving are her husband, Clarence Pyatt; a son, Albert S of Ringoes: four daughters, Mrs. Albert Lenz of Robbinsville, Mrs. Henry Grafton of Pennington, Mrs. John Rosenberger of Perkasie, Pa., and Mrs. James Ort of New Hope; 14 grandchildren and six great -grandchildren and two half-sisters, Mrs. Mahlon Carson of Trenton and Mrs. Margaret Higgins of Brigantine.
