Excerpt -- Funeral arrangements are being completed for Charles Albert "Rube" Benson, 64, bus driver for Georges TownshipSchool District, who apparently suffered a heart attack and died at the wheel of his bus yesterday morning en route to the school at Fairchange. Alone in the bus, the victim was discovered by Troy E. Huber, of Fairchange, superintendant of the Remington Coke Co. The bus had left the road and was astride a hedge fence. Benson was a resident of Rosedale, and had been driving the school bus for about two years. He had been employed as a streetcar conductor of the West Penn Railways and was a former coal and iron policeman. He leaves a widow, Mrs. Nellie Wilson Benson; one daughter, Alice Virginia, at home; one son, Clayton, of Baltimore, Md.; a granddaughter, Betty; two sisters, Mrs. Meta Locke and Miss. Edna Benson, both of Uniontown; four brothers, Ben and Richard, both of Uniontown, Clyde of Brandonville, W.Va., and Bruce of Oliphant Furnace.
