Vita Claurette "Vickie" Edwards, 79, died October 14, 2010 at her home in Hutchinson. She was born December 11, 1930 in Wichita, the daughter of Fredrick and Mildred Wilson Kessler. A resident of Hutchinson most of her life, she was a homemaker. She enjoyed camping, fishing, and bowling.

She married Scobie Moser. He is deceased. She married Robert "Bob" Edwards. He is deceased. She married Forrest "Frosty" Barton. He is deceased. She married John Yutzy, who is currently living in Hutchinson.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Rita Dawson and Anita Edwards, both of Hutchinson, a son, Tim Edwards, Hutchinson, 3 brothers, Galen and Terry Kessler, both of Hutchinson, and Lavon Kessler, Ketchikan, Alaska, 11 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son David Moser, and a brother Wilson "Willie" Hofflinger.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home and Crematory, Hutchinson. Burial will follow at Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson. Visitation will be held from 1-9PM Sunday and 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday, all at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Reno County in care of the funeral home.
