obit: 9060 Byron Rd, Durand, age 81 died Friday May 16 1975 at Flint Osteopathic Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Tuesday at Small & Streeter Funeral Home, Byron. Rev Glen Gustafson officiating. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Vernon. Surviving are wife Bernice, daughter Ina Mattie Wisely of Gaines, 2 sons, Jay C of Tucson AZ & Ralph E of Long Beach CA; 16 grandchildren; 11 gr-grandchildren ; 2 sisters, Anna Caffee of Owosso, & Fannie Holder of Morrice; nieces & nephews. Arraangements by the Small & Streeter Funeral Home, Byron.
His bio father was Oren E Foster, 1st hus of Mattie Whitehead. He was 1 when his mother remarried.
