"Lloyd Albino, was a wonderful, joyful, full of life person. He enjoyed life and wanted wonderful things for his family. But while he was in the Army and served in theViet Nam Conflict, something happened to him.He was never the same after that and he took to drinking to cover up the hurts from the war.It finally was just to much for him and he took his own life.We must remember this war was a terrible time in the lives of the service men and women that did duty over their, it was finally recognized that these men and woman had Post Traumatic Sindrem. This Conflict was very hard on all involved as it was never recognized as a war, and the people at home were marching against the government because of our involvement in Viet Nam.The Johny Come Marching Home type Camaraderie didn't hold for the men when they came home.Instead they were looked down on and felt bad because of being involved in such a peace time fight.
Written by his beloved Aunt Lynne 1997.
