If you can send me what you have before my trip maybe I can confirm theinformation. Somewhere I show that William Brown and Elizabeth Wingler wereboth born in North Carolina. This would mean that Delilah and William moved
to N.C. and then came back to Indiana.


Thanks for all the information. I was figuring it up today and I believe wemay have more of the blood line for dad's family than what we have onmom'sfamily. I can't believe that in just a few short months we have uncovered so
much information.

I may sound like a broken record, but have you made the connection between
Delilah Rittenhouse and our William Brown? That is the one piece ofinformation I will be searching. I sent for what I thought was his deathcertificate, but the dates don't match. I hope to find something in thepapers. I have his marriage affidavit from Washington County. This will be
my starting point.
I am really getting excited about the trip. I have been planning it for so
long and can't believe that it is just around the corner.

Also the marriage for William Brown and Delilah Rittenhouse took place inShelby County IN, not Salem. Therefore Delilah did not travel by herself.
