Alfred Barcroft Rowell, age 74, of Owings, MD passed away March 21, 2015 at Kris - Leigh assisted living in Severna Park, MD.

He was born in Washington, DC September 29, 1940 to Alfred Warner and Laura Lee (Green) Rowell.

Mr. Rowell retired from Baltimore Gas and Electric.

Surviving are three children Sherie Lee Clever and her husband Frank of Sunderland, MD, Alfred W. Rowell, II of Owings, MD and Kenneth B. Rowell and his wife Rhonda of Ft. Myers, FL; four grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
