Harvey Wolverton had been a switch man for the Missouri Pacific Railroad. At age 66 his death certificate indicated that he suffered a myocardial infarction due to an asthmatic attack. He was admitted to ST. Mary's Hospital in Kansas City were he was a patient 6 months before he passed away. It was also noted on his death certificate that he was a World War I & II veteran.
He was the son of William Wolverton and Myrtle Terry Wolverton.
His remains were removed to Carthage, Missouri where he was buried in Park Cemetery under the direction of C. H. Blackman & Son, Kansas City, MO. He was buried on 30 MAR 1966 The death certificate can be viewed online at Missouri Digital Archives/death certificates online website. Informant was Mrs. Terry Wells, Carthage, MO.
