Amy Lawrence Washam, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wisner McCamey Washam of New York, was married yesterday to Mark Harrison Masterson, a son of Mr. and Mrs. James E. Masterson of Oakton, Va. The Rev. James L. Burns performed the ceremony at the Episcopal Church of the Heavenly Rest in New York.

The couple, both 25, graduated from Denison University.

Mrs. Masterson was until last month an account executive at Citigate, an advertising agency in San Francisco.

The bride's father, who writes screenplays, for many years wrote for the television soap operas ''All My Children'' and ''The Guiding Light.'' Her mother, Judith Barcroft, is a television and stage actress, who appeared on ''All My Children,'' as well as a painter.

Mr. Masterson is an advertising manager for compare.net, an Internet shopping service of Microsoft in Redmond, Wash. His mother, Linda Ahnert Masterson is the president of Master Concepts in Fairfax, Va., which owns hotels and provides management consulting. His father is the chairman of the Trailease Corporation, a holding company in Fairfax, and also the president of Realm Technology, developers of computer security software in McLean, Va.
