"Funeral services for Amos L. Zabriskie, 70, Stanley, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at Stanley Union church with the Rev. H. Ken McCullen officiating. Burial will be in Stanley cemetery.

Mr. Zabriskie, a retired director of International Harvester, died at People's Hospital, Independence, Friday morning. He is survived by his widow, Sylvia, cousins, Mrs. Josiah Bently, Independence and Leonard Sells, Arlington, Va. and an uncle, Roy Zabriskie, Stanley.

Hintz Funeral Home has charge of arrangements."

"Sylvia Zabriskie, 97, died Wednesday night in Grandview Nursing Home, Oelwein, after a lengthy illness. She had taught school in Scott Township early in her life.

Surviving are nieces and nephews.

Services: 1:30 p.m. today, Hintz-Geilenfeld's, Oelwein, where friends may call from 9 a.m. to service time. Burial: Stanley Cemetery."
