"Agnes 'Lorraine' Jackson Wilson, 67

Agnes "Lorraine" Jackson Wilson, 67, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003, at her home in Kalispell.

She was born March 19, 1936, In Terre Haute, Ind., To George Wayne and Vernetta Ruby (McGrew) Jackson.

Lorraine granduated from Hillsboro High School in Hillsboro, Ore., in 1952, and married Robert Lyle Wilson on June 7, 1953, in Helvetia, Ore. The couple remained in Oregon until moving to the Flathead in 1966.

Lorraine attended Flathead Valley Community College in 1968 and graduated with an associate degree in nursing. She worked as a licensed practical nurse until her retirement.

Lorraine lived to sew, knit, crochet, swim, cook and especially loved the time she spent with her grandchildren. In 1960, Lorraine also became a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Silver Spring, Nev.

Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Ronald Wayne Jackson; and one sister, Thuvia LaRue Givens.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Lyle Wilson of Kalispell; one daughter, Debra Lynn Wilson of Kalispell; two sons, Roland Wayne Wilson and his wife, Madeline, of Chattsworth, Calif., Michael Lee Wilson of the Los Angeles area; one sister, Yolanda S. Carter and husband, Jeff, of St. Helens, Ore.; two brothers, Hugh Edward Jackson and wife Ellen, of Lafayette, Ore., and Marln Winslow of McMinnville, Ore; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces,nephews and cousins.

Funeral services for Lorraine Wilson will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson Mortuary and Crematory."
