Services for Dr. Watler E. Hunt, 70, of Lake Charles, Louisiana. Dr. Hunt lived in Olney, Texas where he graduated form High school. He had been a resident of Lake Charles since 1946. He was an veteran of the US Army during World War II.

Dr. Hunt was chief of staff at St. Patrick Hospital and St. Patrick. He was as an officer of the Calctsieu Parish Medical Society. He was co-founder and director of the Calcasieu - Cameron Cancer Detection centery, member of American Cancer Society, Southwest Louisiana and American clinical hypnosis society.
