C. F. WOLVERTON, 71, OF CAIRO DIES; FUNERAL FRIDAY
Charles Frederick Wolverton, 71, of Cairo died at 5 o'clock this morning in Community Hospital, where he had been a patient 11 days.
He is survived by six children, Mrs. Hubert Bowden and Mrs. Harry Bowden, Cairo, Mrs. Joe Roberts, Moberly, Mrs. George Aleknavich, Pennsylvania, Edward Wolverton, Clifton Hill, and Everett Wolverton, Columbia; seven sisters, Mrs. Willie Gaines, Macon, Mrs. Stanley Harlan, Mrs. R. O. Hudson and Mrs. Darrell Hudson, Jacksonville, Mrs. Walter Warbritton, College Mound, Mrs. Velma Gaines, Huntsville, and Mrs. Elbert Heifner, Moberly; a brother, Alphonso Wolverton, Moberly; and eight grandchildren.
The body is in the Patton Funeral Home. It will lie in state from 1 to 2 o'clock Friday afternoon in the Cairo Baptist Church and services then will be held there by the pastor, the Rev. John Barth. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

MRS. WOLVERTON, CLIFTON HILL, DIES; FUNERAL MONDAY
Mrs. Charles F. Wolverton, 60, northwest of Clifton Hill, died at 3:45 o'clock this morning in McCormick Hospital, where she had been ill about two weeks.
She is survived by her husband; four daughters and two sons, Mrs. Hubert Bowden and Mrs. Harry Bowden, Cairo, Mrs. Joe Roberts, Moberly, Mrs. George Aleknavich, Pennsylvania, Edward Wolverton, Clifton Hill, and Everett Wolverton, Columbia; two brothers, Harry Polson, Gary, Ind., and Richard Hightower, Albuquerque, N. M.; and seven grandchildren.
The body is in the Patton Funeral Home in Huntsville, but will be taken to the Wolverton home tomorrow morning. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon in the Thomas Hill Church by the Rev. LeRoy Toliver. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
