Christa Annis Howe was born 7 January 1913 at Akron, Washington, Colorado. She died 11 May 1919 at Kansas City, Missouri, at age 6, cause of death was pneumonia. She was buried at Howe family plot, Davenport, Thayer, Nebraska.

Aunt Alice L. Howe (sister to Clarence Arthur) married to William H Davis, and they may have been the ones that took Christa Annis, I do not know if there was a legal adoption or if they just gave her the name of Davis or not.

She was living with Myrtle (sister Mary Della Rowe Howe) and her husband Fred Felt at the time of her death.
