Donald J. Keller, 89, of Church Street, Freeburg, passed away on /Thursday, March 10, 2016, at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. He was born on Oct. 31, 1926, in Sunbury, a son of the late Chester and Ruth (Kline) Keller. On Oct. 15, 1950, he married Anita G. (Hilbish) Keller who survives. Donald was a 1944 graduate of Northumberland High School. After high school he served in the Army from 1946-1948. Mr. Keller was previously employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad, Westinghouse in Sunbury, and also as an administrator for the Selinsgrove Center during most of his life until his retirement. Donald was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church in Freeburg. He was also a member of the Freeburg Fire Company and was actively involved with 4-H for 36 years and had won numerous awards from Penn State Cooperative Extension. In his spare time he enjoyed square dancing and had a square dance competition group yearly at the Farm Show in Harrisburg. After his retirement he enjoyed spending time with his wife in Tioga County at the farm. Surviving in addition to his wife are his two sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Karen Keller, of Parker, Colo. and Dennis and Pamela Keller, of Selinsgrove; his grandchildren, Chad Keller and wife Amy Parker of Littleton, Colo., Kristin Olsen and husband Matt, of Parker, Colo., Amanda D. Keller, of Selinsgrove, Kevin Keller and wife Rebecca, of York, and Nathan Keller and wife Marissa, of Bellingham, Mass.; great-grandchildren, Addison Keller, of Littleton Colo., Broderick and Kasen Olsen, of Parker, Mason and Katherine Keller, of York and Hailey and Ashley Keller, of Bellingham; and one sister in law Ruby Keller, of Riverside. He was preceded in death in addition to his parents by two brothers, Chester L. Keller and Ned G. Keller. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2015, at the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High St., Selinsgrove where the memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Janna Born officiating."

Anita G. Keller, 93, of Freeburg, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018, at the Manor at Penn Village, Selinsgrove, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born November 26, 1924, in Freeburg, a daughter of the late Helen and Samuel Hilbish.
She married Donald Keller Oct.15, 1950, who preceded her in death on March 10, 2016.
Anita was a 1942 graduate of Freeburg High School, Freeburg.
She had been employed at the Freeburg Manufacturing Company for over 42 years. In her early years, she was employed at Weis Markets, Freeburg.
She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Freeburg, and had also been involved with Women's Auxiliary of Freeburg Fire Company.
Anita enjoyed spending time with her family and loved all the gatherings at her home in Tioga County. She loved all the time spent with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Anita was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching the Patriots and the Red Sox, and various college basketball teams. In her earlier years, she enjoyed camping with her family at various campsites. She was a great cook and enjoyed baking cakes and cookies for the family.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-laws, Richard and Karen Keller, of Parker, Colo., and Dennis and Pamela Keller, of Selinsgrove; five grandchildren, Chad Keller and wife, Amy, Kristin Olson and husband, Matthew, Amanda Keller, Kevin Keller and wife, Rebecca, and Nathan Keller and wife Marissa; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m., Thursday, at the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High Street, Selinsgrove, followed by the funeral at 11, with Pastor Janna Born-Larsen officiating.
Burial will be private at Evergreen Cemetery, Freeburg.
