THOMAS CLIFFORD HARRIS, 79, of Memphis, retired manager for PPG Industry, died Friday at Baptist Memorial Hospital East after a stroke. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Forest Hill Funeral Home South with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery South. He was a member of Southaven Church of Christ and a World War II Navy veteran. Mr. Harris, the widower of Violet Jewell Harris, leaves two sons, Thomas A. Harris of Memphis and Terry L. Harris of Southaven; a brother, Charles N. Harris of Tempe, Ariz., and four grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Memphis School of Preaching or Southaven Church of Christ.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Forest Hill Funeral Home South with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery South. She was a member of Southaven Church of Christ. Mrs. Harris, the wife of Thomas Clifford Harris, also leaves two sons, Thomas A. Harris of Memphis and Terry L. Harris of Southaven; two sisters, Sue Motes and Jane Brickell, both of Memphis, and four grandchildren.
