Regina Lee Smith, 52, of Halifax, died Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2005 at her home.

Born in Wichita Falls, TX, Jan. 12, 1953, she was a daughter of Herman Guisewite, Sr. and step-mother, Sandy of Milton, and Leona Poust and step-father, Alvin of Milton.

She attended the Milton Area Schools, and was employed with Northwestern Human Services in Harrisburg.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Roxanna Hoey and a brother, Herman Guisewite, Jr <http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid= 65545689>.

Surviving in addition to her parents, are her husband of 14 years, David S. Smith; five children, Leona Hoey of Milton, Henry Hoey III, of California, Robert Conway of Halifax, Joseph Mann of Harrisburg, and Crystal Smith of WV; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Mark Guisewite and Terry Guisewite <http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid= 85186858> of Milton; two sisters, Debra Loreman of Milton and Jean Ann Guisewite of New Columbia; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 9, at the Shaw Funeral Home, Milton, with the Rev. B. Keith Mowan officiating.

Internment was in the Harmony Cemetery, Milton.
