Thuvia Givens

Sevices for Mrs. Thuvia LaRue (Jackson) Givens, 28, will be held in Skyline Memorial Gardens Wednesday at 11 a.m.

Bishop Reed I. Oldroyd of Beaverton Latter - Day Saints church will officiate and interment will follow in Skyline Memorial Gardens.

The body of Mrs. Givens was found strangled and stabbed in her apartment at Fresno Cali., on Friday. A 17-year-old boy who lived in an adjoining apartment admitted the crime police said.

Graduate of Hillsboro high school in 1956, she was active in school affairs, being a cheerleader and home-coming princess. She was employed at Hartford Insurance Co. in Fresno as a clerk.

Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Jackson of Cedar Mill"
