Deceased Name: JAMES L. FARNSWORTH

James L. Farnsworth, 62, of Wetumpka, Ala.,formerly of Syracuse ,died Monday at Jackson Hospital, Montgomery, Ala.

He was born in Williamsport, Pa. He worked at Mosler Safe & Lock, Syracuse , for 22 years and at Webster Safe & Lock in Alabama for six years. He was a former member of St. Stephen's Church and a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a Marine Corps veteran.

Survivors: His wife, the former Carol Lago; three daughters, Theresa Burns and Mary Alice Farnsworth, both of Syracuse , and Sue Farnsworth of Asheville, N.C.; four sons, Mike Burns, Ken Burns and Billy Farnsworth, all of Syracuse , and John Burns of Wilmington; a sister, Angie Hower of Williamsport, Pa.; a brother, Gary of Williamsport, Pa.; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

Services: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Hollis Funeral Home and 9:30 a.m. in St. Stephen's Church. Burial, Onondaga County Veterans
