"Timothy Ray Edington
Timothy Ray Edington, 24, Route 53, died at 6:30 a.m. Saturday in Union Hospital after a car accident. He was born Aug. 7, 1959, in Clinton. Survivors include his parents, Bill and Judy Edington, Terre Haute; two brothers, Kenneth, Terre Haute, and Scott, at home; three sisters, Teresa King and Melanie Tusich, Terre Haute, and Julie Edington, at home, maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. james McGrew, Terre Haute; and paternal grandmother, Ernestine Edington, Terre Haute. Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday in Thomas Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ova Rogers officiating. Burial is Roselawn Memorlal Park. Visitation is from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday."

"One-car crash kills local man
Timothy Ray Edington, 24, Route 53, was killed early Saturday when he apparently drove his car off of Stop 13 Road near Clinton Road and struck a tree, a Vigo County Sheriff's deputy said Saturday.

Edington was dead at the scene following the 6 a.m. accident, three-fourths of a mile east of Clinton Road."
