"Mamie R. Davis
Mamie R. Davis, 67, of 1002 Keast, Apartment G, died Jan. 19, 1994, at the Pheasant Acres Retirement Center, Hutchinson.

She was born Dec. 13, 1926, at South Hutchinson, the daughter of William Harold and Mamie Rebecca Ferguson Davis Sr. A lifetime Hutchinson resident, she was a cosmetologist and homemaker.

She was past president of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Hutchinson.

Survivors include: a son, Norman Hipp, Wichita; two daughters, Evelyn Moos, Salina, and Becky Moyer, Omaha, Neb.; three sisters, Velma Peoples, Hutchinson, Louise Martin, Santa Maria, Calif.; and Mildred Cain, Pretty Prairie; a brother, Bill Goddard; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Osenbaugh Funeral Home Chapel, Hutchinson, with the Rev. Gene Grier presiding. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and the family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, all at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Partridge Cemetery.

Memorials may be sent to the Hospice of Reno County in care of the funeral home."
