KARLENE M. DeBOE, 59, of Colorado Springs died Friday in a local hospital. She was a Realtor for Paul Hamilton Co. and was a certified residential specialist and had earned a Graduate Realtor Institute designation. She formerly had worked at Shephards Citation.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m to 9 p.m. today at Swan-Law Funeral Home, 501 S. Cascade Ave. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church, 420 N. Nevada Ave., with the Rev. Richard Hendry officiating. Burial will be in Shrine of Rest Mausoleum.
Mrs. DeBoe was born Dec. 6, 1929, in Monte Vista, to Karl and Edna (Turman) Davis. She had lived in Colorado Springs for 50 years and attended Colorado Springs High School. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Assistance League.
She was married Jan. 27, 1950, in Colorado Springs, to James T. DeBoe, who died in 1988.
Survivors are two daughters, Ann of Valencia, Calif., and Jeanne Hill of Colorado Springs; a son, David of Colorado Springs; and two sisters, Rosemary Wolf and Geraldine Letterly of Colorado Springs.
