"Bob Foster is another avid genealogist in the
Littlefield/Hanks/Woolverton clan. In 1989 he compiled an 8-
page history of the Littlefield Family, tracing descendants
of William Littlefield, Sr . (cl700-cl780) down to the 6th
generation. Since that time he has been working to update
this record. He has travelled on research trips to McNairy
and Maury Counties in Tennessee and also to Virginia, North
and South Carolina, Alabama, and Texas where the Littlefield
family and descendants settled. He has also done research at
his local branch of the LDS library and in other libraries.
He works for the university at El Paso where he iives."
