Sandra Lynn DeVlaeminck, 61, of Avondale died July 29, 2008, after a battle with cancer.
Mrs. DeVlaeminck was born Sept. 3, 1946, in Bakersfield, Calif., and moved to Arizona in 1974. She worked in the financial industry.

Mrs. DeVlaeminck is survived by her husband, Rick; one daughter, Kim Heffington of Goodyear; one son, Ricky of Peoria; two sisters, one brother; and two grandchildren.

A celebration of life will begin at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road in Goodyear.
