Carolyn Cannon Cornet died of an inoperable brain tumor.

She woke Danny at 3:00 a.m. saying that she felt so bad that whe was going to the living-room couch. When Danny got up he went to awaken her but couldn't. She died about 10:30 a.m.

She had had a mastectomy and lymph glands were removed. She had either completed or was in the final chemo-therapy treatments. The Doctor had thaought that everything was good, but the brain tumor had not been detected.
