DEATH COMES TO GAYLE BROWN, 13
Gayle Ellen Brown, 13-years-old, daughter of Mrs. Clyde Goldsberry, Nebraska City, Nebraska, died at St. Mary's hospital Saturday at 11:05 A.M., after an illness of six days. Complications caused her death.
Gayle was born February 21, 1923, at Thurman, Iowa, the daughter Oscar Brown and Margaret Jane Abbott. She came to Nebraska City nine years ago, attended schools here and was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church.
She is survived by her mother, two brothers, Neil and Earl Brown at home; three sisters, Lucille and Betty, at home, and Mrs. Robert Shaw, Nebraska City, Nebraska, and her grandmother, Mrs. Fanny Abbott of Nebraska City, Nebraska.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 P.M., at the Porter Funeral Home with Rev. W. A. Cave in charge. Burial will be at Wyuka Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Herman and Willard Poggemeyer, James Ohnmacht, Mark Wurtele, Ernest Letellier, and Hary Savage.
