John was twice married, first wife was a Miss Carr, second was a Miss
Bowman. He moved to Arkansas sometime between 1855 adn 1858. He re-moved
near Lake Charles in Louisiana.

John had children Thaylus, Wesley, Horace, and others. Which marriage
they were from is not known.
