"Mrs. Maria Blunt

On Saturday night at the Willard State Hospital occurred the death of Maria Blunt, widow of the late George Blunt.

Mrs. Blunt was born in Tyrone 79 years ago. After her marriage to George Blunt they moved to this village where they made their home until very recently when she was removed to the State Hospital at Willard. She was always a Methodist and a worker for the church.

The body was brought here from Willard Sunday by Undertaker C. N. Cole. The funeral was held from the M. E. church on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, the Rev, K. P. Richardson officiating. Interment in Glenwood. She is survived by only one daughter, Mrs. O'Brien who is at present residing on a farm near Reading Center."
