Verna was born in Huntsville, Randolph County, Missouri the oldest child of Bradley Lee and Edith Marie (Dameron) Wolverton. Her siblings were Donald Lewis, Bonnie Jean, Betty Sue (deceased), Dorothy Marie, Delbert Allen, and Sharon Lynette.
Her first marriage was to Gerald Lesley Mallonee in 1945 and devorced in 1948, second marriage was to Benjamin Amina Albino in 1949 and devorced in 1959, third marriage was to Marlin Gordon Anderson in 1959 and devorced 1960, Verna married William Lee McClain who passed away in 1965. Then she married Raymond Earl Brownwell in 1967 and devorced him in 1969. Verna never married again.
Verna was a dotting mother, her children ment everything to her. Out of her marriages she had the following children:
Gerald Lee Mallonee; Donald Eugene, Ralph Amina, Kandace Kaieie Waho, Myrna Leimomi, and Lloyd Allen Philialoha Albino; David Keith Anderson; William Lee and Michael Carl McClain. Verna had many grandchildren and Great Grandchildren upon her passing.
She will be so missed by all.
She was Cremated and her ashes were taken to Hawaii to be scattered at sea off the Kalipapa point.
