John was the son of Oliver Nelson Anderson (Nov 1856 - 4 Apr 1923) and Annie Elizabeth (Price) Anderson (27 Apr 1860 - 25 Aug 1910).

John married Margie E. (Lamberson) Anderson (1892/93 - c.1966) on 26 Mar 1915 in Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia.

Margie was born in Shenandoah County, Virginia, to George W. Lamberson (10 July 1851 - 19 Dec 1918) and his first wife, Julia Ann (Wolverton) Lamberson (18 Nov 1852 - 2 May 1895). George is #28373940 and Julia is #28373954.

In the 1900 U.S. Census, George W. Lamberson was living in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, with his second wife, so I don't know where Margie was at that time.

In the 1910 U.S. Census, Margie was boarding in Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia.

In the 1920 and 1930 U.S. Censuses, John and Margie were living in Berkeley County, West Virginia.

Margie wrote her will on 21 Mar 1951 and it was probated on 22 July 1966 in Berkeley County, West Virginia. The executor of her will was The Old National Bank of Martinsburg. Her entire estate was bequeathed to The Quincy Orphanage and Home of Evangelical United Brethren Church, Quincy, PA.
