Lloyd Munce Kelley, 91 of Auburn, Washington, formerly of Washington died Saturday, February 27, 2016.
He was born May 15, 1924 in Washington, the son of the late Winnett Hughes Kelley and Mary Smith Munce Kelley.
Lloyd became a machinist and mold maker at Kelley Industries in Eighty-Four. He was with the company for 20 years, then worked in R.C.A. plant until it closed. He then worked for Washington Machine and Tool Company for eight years, until 1978 when he took a job with Boeing Aircraft Company in Washington State, until his retirement in 1990.
He and his wife Ethel joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 1947. He was very active in the Family History Center of the Church.
Mr. Kelley volunteered at the Museum of Flight in Seattle and after retirement he obtained his license in amateur radio. He also joined the senior softball team and played for many years.
On January 1, 1944 he married Ethel M. Toland, who died October 25, 2008.
Surviving are three sons; sixteen grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren.
Deceased is a son Robert Lloyd Kelley who died at age two of Leukemia in 1950; a sister, Martha Fullick.
Friends will be received Monday, March 7, 2016 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, where services will be held Tuesday, March 8 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Washington Cemetery.

Ethel Toland Kelley

Ethel Toland Kelley, 82, of Auburn, Wash., died at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, October 25, 2008, in her home, with her family around her.
She was born January 1, 1926, in Washington, a daughter of Walter Clinton Toland and Anna Marie Campbell.
Mrs. Kelley is best known to her close friends as "Punky," a nickname that was handed down in the family from her great-grandfather.
She lived in and around Washington until 1978, when her husband took a job with Boeing Aircraft Co. She left a lot of friends and relatives in Pennsylvania and made quite a few friends in the state of Washington. She will be sorely missed. Her kindness and love of family were an example to all.
Mrs. Kelley was Christian. She and her husband joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in June 1947. As a member, she held many callings in the church, including president of the relief society, primary and teacher of the Gospel to many children.
She was a beloved wife and a devoted mother to her children.
Mrs. Kelley was a true homemaker, always there for her children. She always was busy with her family and the church.
On January 1, 1944, in Houston, she married Lloyd M. Kelley, who survives.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are four children, Randolph Lee of Taylorstown, Michael Douglas and Jeffrey Wayne, both of Auburn, and Patricia Eileen of Arcadia, Fla.; 16 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Robert Lloyd Kelley, who died in 1950 at the age of 2 of leukemia; two sisters, Fannie Elizabeth, who was married to George Mruk of Washington, and Dolores, who was married to Frank Simpson of Canonsburg.
Mrs. Kelley was the last of her immediate family.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 1, with Bishop Matthew North officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
