Mary was the daughter of George W. Lamberson (10 July 1851 - 19 Dec 1918) and his first wife, Julia Ann (Wolverton) Lamberson (18 Nov 1852 - 2 May 1895).

Mary married John William Keller (born c.1870) on 16 Apr 1908 in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Jacob M. and Catharine Keller.

In the 1910 U.S. Census, John and Mary were living in Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia. Mary's sisters, Rose and Edna Lamberson, were living with them.

In the 1920 and 1930 U.S. Censuses, the widower John was living in Martinsburg, and Mary's sisters, Rose and Edna, were living with him. By 1930, Edna had married Charles "Robert" Burke and he and their children were also living with John.

In the 1940 U.S. Census, John was living with the widowed Edna and her children.
