Robert William Hope, 2-year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hope of Melcher, died Friday at his parents' home. He had been ill only a short time. He was a nephew of County Auditor Isabella Hope.

Funeral services were held in Melcher Monday, with burial in Oak view cemetery at Albia, where the parents formerly lived.
