Daughter of William and Betty (Gregory) Hanks.
Nancy Diane (Hanks) married Dennis Leroy Kurz on June 28, 1975. They had three children a son, Dennis Aaron daughters Rebecca Ann and Rachel Beth. She had five grandbabies, Serenity Raymond, Collin Kurz, Libbi Kurz, Joshua Shipman and Christian Shipman.
Also survived by Siblings,
Theresa McLean (Joe), Patrick Pickens (Dottie), Deborah Pickens, and Glenda Hanks. Brothers William F. Hanks and Lindahl H. Pickens preceded her in death.

She passed away from breast cancer after a courageous nine year battle.
