Mrs. Alice P. Wolverton (nee) Hill was born in Sandusky, Ohio, Dec. 25, 1862. She was married on March 19, 1888, to Samuel Wolverton. This union was graced with four children, all living. She was converted in her youth and joined the M. E. church, but after her marriage united with the United Brethren in Christ remaining a faithful member to the time of her death .... She died Dec. 10, 1910, aged 47 years, 11 months and 15 days. There survive her, her husband, four children, a mother, two sisters, four brothers .... Interment took place in the Pleasant Grove cemetery ....
