Research Notes: Husband - Herbert (Hub) BAILES

Retired from the railroad. He was a conductor most of his career. He was
in his late 80's or even 90 when he died. His brother ran Bailes Glass in
Charleston.
Hub was active up until a year of his death. He had catarac surgery when
he was in his 80's. After that people found out that he wasn't getting
forgetful. He just couldn't see to recognize members of his family. He
was small of stature, but he was an impressive man.
