FA1RFIELD — Kenneth W. Perrenoud, 65, Fairfield, died at 3:15 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, in Jefferson county hospital here.

Born Nov. 23, 1913, in Winfield, he was the son of Albert and Stella Lyman Perrenoud. He married Leila Watson Nov. 27, 1937, in Davenport.

He was a World War II veteran, member of Fairfield Presbyterian church and the American Legion. He was a pattern maker at the Iowa Malleable Iron Co. for 40 years before retiring in 1978.

Surviving: The wife; daughter, Alice Diehl, Waterloo; son, Bill, Newton; two grandchildren; two brothers, John and Fred, both of Winfield; three sisters, Myrtle Regan, Peoria, 111., Lucille Hilding, Perry, and Ella Mae Fricke, Mt. Union.

Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Raymond Funeral Home, Rev. Kermit Black; Winfield cemetery.
