(The following is based on information in the books "Medicine in New Brunswick" and "Prominent People of New Brunswick" published in 1922)
Frank graduated from the Woodstock high school in 1905 and worked with CPR from 1906 to 1913 in divisional offices prior to medical training. He graduated with a degree of MD from Tufts College, Medford, MA in 1918 and then served in WW#1 with the Canadian Army Medical Corps for one year. In 1920 he interned at Lawrence General Hospital, MA and later the same year started a life-time practice in Woodstock NB. He was a member of Woodstock Chapter Royal Arch Masons and president of NB Medical Society 1953 -1954. On August 29, 1963, he was made Senior Member of the Canadian Medical Association. He died in 1967.
